Ever-evolving strength:
Shockproof structure covered with metal
An ultra-strong stainless steel bezel and inner case made of glass fiber reinforced resin that is resistant to damage and deformation protect the module. A small protrusion on the inner case reduces surface contact with the bezel to absorb impacts to the module. Cutting-edge technology has been applied to the G-SHOCK original concept of a hollow structure to create a structure that is shock-resistant with a metal exterior.
Octagonal shape
Expresses strength
The bezel uses the octagonal design principle that G-SHOCK has had since its very first watches, through a painstaking process of forging, cutting, and polishing. The bezel is precision crafted, from the intricately shaped dial to the shape of the back, which is the key to a precise fit with the inner case. The top surface has a round hairline finish, and a mirror finish on the sides, giving the bezel a beautiful sheen.
Minimal beauty
of the design:
Wafer thin design
We achieved shock resistance with a minimum case thickness by adopting a metal-wrapped shock resistance structure. By installing an optimized high-density circuit board structure, the module is further thinned. The result is an ultra-slim design for the analog-digital combination model with a metal case and comfortable fit on the wrist.
